The Design
Timber framing is adaptable to traditional and contemporary styles. We have designs you can choose from or we can help with your design — your ideas and a simple floor plan and dimensions on graph paper are a good start. We can also work with your designer or architect.

Our basic design includes floor plans, elevations and a roof plan. This would be the beginning of your timber frame structure and home. A complete turnkey home would require more detailed plans. This is sometimes best accomplished by an architect.

Determining Building Costs
Acceptance of the basic design would be the basis for costs associated in building your timber frame. Call for costs associated with design services and construction documentation, or

Building the Timber Frame
Once your design is complete and we receive a deposit, it takes approx. 8 to 12 weeks to build just the frame, depending on size and complexity. To erect your frame takes approximately 2 days to 1 week, dependent on the size of the frame, site conditions and weather.
