The costs of building a timber frame home are best determined by a complete design and will vary depending on whether you require a frame only, an enclosed frame, or a complete turnkey package.
A deposit is required before design and production begins. A payment schedule will be arranged.
Our basic frame is cut in the shop, in rough full dimension hemlock with square rule joinery.
"Extras" include:
• chamfers
• curved braces
• planed and oiled timbers
• other species of wood
• shipping
• a crane for raising the frame
• a crew to erect the frame (paid per day)
